    Haha… Thanks! I had tried on several occasions before this attempt but failed. I think ring dips are good prep for the muscle-up but it’s all in the technique. I still don’t have it yet. In fact, I haven’t repeated the muscle-up since this attempt. Spending so long in the transition between pull-up and dip on this one put a lot of strain on my left shoulder and I really hurt it. It’s fine now, but I’ve been cautiously trying to improve. Hopefully my rings will come in the mail soon and I can spend loads more time working on it.
