		<description>Great post about Double Under training. I agree with all points and believe practice is the ultimate key to success. The one thing athletes and coaches alike struggle with is which adjustments to make in-order to maximize results.  The ultimate goal consistency and unfortunately everyone is on a different level when it comes to double under mastery.  
I have created a great overall training program that covers all of this adjustments I am talking about.
