I generally listen to Fleep mixes on my iPod shuffle when I'm working out. I have to select the ones in my iTunes library over 125 beats per minute, or my laps on runs start lagging or my thrusters get sluggish. At 128 bpm, I feel like an animal. One nice thing about a good thumping house mix is that the transitions are smooth, the mix goes on for over an hour (sometimes even three), there's nothing I can sing along to (so I stay focused), and it maintains a fairly steady tempo (so I can just lock down into my groove).

I found your blog through twitfitter. Thumbs up, brother.
