Of course, if you go back 10 or 20 thousand years, life expectancy was short, so a lot of the old-age diseases that we&#039;re now suffering from wouldn&#039;t have been an issue.  And any chronic illness was apt to result in your being eaten by a predator.

That said, I won&#039;t argue the point that our diet and lifestyle is largely responsible for our poor health, these days.</description>
