There’s no questioning Bruce Lee’s fitness level. Check out this vid of him doing some training and strutting his stuff. Two finger one armed pushups?!?

Hi David,
Unfortunately I don’t use treadmills that much. When I run, I do it outside (cold or not). When there’s too much snow on the ground or I want to change things up a bit, I personally like the rowing machine and if I was in the market for cardio equipment I’d probably look for a Concept II rower.
However, that said, we each have our own personal preferences and many people like the treadmill. Whether or not York makes a good treadmill, I don’t have an answer. Looking online, there certainly seem to be some good reviews for some York models (http://www.simplyfitnessequipment.co.uk/Treadmills/York-Z16-Treadmill).
My take is that when making a big fitness equipment investment, think long term. Can you see yourself using it in a month? Two months? A year down the road? If so, then take the plunge. If its something that might just sit and gather dust, then maybe sit on it for a bit. There are other fitness equipment purchases that cost loads less and can be super beneficial like a simple barbell and some weights and a skipping rope. But at the end of the day, the goal is keeping in shape and if a treadmill will help you with that goal, then do it.
