		<description>I love doing resistance training...I just use resistance bands. You can really build up some muscle with targeted training (I&#039;m not a body builder by any means...I can just see the difference).

Good luck with the 5k Jamie! I&#039;ve never been a runner although I used to jog when I was a kid. Now I walk, but walk fast. ;)</description>
