		<description>I&#039;ve spent years switching between soy and whey proteins depending on which way (whey, heh, heh) the bodybuilding mags swung.  Then I just decided to use both.  I&#039;m happy to see that soy is effective too seeing as I have two big canisters of it on my kitchen table!
